This is so funny.  I looked at this post and saw the photo of the horses and thought for a second that I was looking at one of my own posts.

Photos of horses are very attractive to home buyers, even buyers not interested in horse friendly properties.

Great post Tammie... I can't get enough of the horse pics!

Lenn - I love your posts with horses. It's hard to write about equestrian properties and not include a picture of a horse.

Tamara - Thank you. Leipers Fork is an ecclectiic mix of food and shopping. It would be unfortunate not to include this information.

Toni - I love driving in the rural country hills here. Since I always have my camera, I got some great photos of this neighborhood. It was fortunate that the horses came right up for their snapshot.

Jared - It's a fabulous location.

Michael - The majority of homeowners have 5 - 10 acres but a few have large sprawling estates.

Jeri & Henri - This home isn't actually on the market right now. This is just a sampling of what you will find in Kinnard Springs in Franklin TN.

Richie - Always so clever.

Danielle - I'm hoping that is true of buyers as well.

Very nice Equestrian neighborhood post Tammie. Kinnard Springs seems somewhat similar to Barrington Hills although the homes in your area are much newer. Just love all the open space though.
